Before booking online, you must first agree to the following:
ONE: If you book an appointment and wish to cancel/reschedule, you must give us at least 24 hours notice, otherwise you will still be charged (using the credit card you provide) the full fee for your appointment, regardless of the reason. To cancel, call 573.239.9915 (must leave voicemail), or email office@comoclinic.com.
TWO: Some of our therapists accept insurance while some do not, and our psychiatry team is out of network with insurance. Fees vary as well. If you haven’t yet, please review our counseling team and psychiatry team as well as our fees before scheduling.
THREE: Our psychiatrists cannot treat you if you have Medicaid or Medicare, not even if you self-pay, due to applicable law.
FOUR: We only serve clients in MO so you must be physically in MO during any Telehealth appointments.
